The award-winning Oliver’s, at Spice Island Beach Resort, has earned a reputation for gastronomic excellence, serving Creole and international cuisine, beautifully presented to the highest standards.

Using Grenada’s abundance of exotic herbs and spices, together with the on-site vegetable garden, the restaurant serves up fresh, farm-to-table cuisine for breakfast and dinner. Oliver’s offers an extensive table d’hote menu with seven-course meals including vegetarian and authentic local specialties. The menu draws inspiration from owner, Sir Royston’s family cookbook, curated by the resort’s Grenadian-born head chef, Jesson Church.
