Meet a Grenadian Artist: John Henry

By

December 5, 2019

John Henry is a talented emerging Grenadian artist, who creates striking realism art in acrylic. Growing up in St Andrew, like many Grenadians he had a strong connection with the land - at home he helped his step-father in the garden and to rear goats and sheep. Animals feature in his work, as do iconic Grenadian land and seascapes.

He now paints from his home in St David, drawing inspiration from nature and people around him. John regularly participates in Grenada Arts Council events, and has the goal of showing his work internationally.

You can see his work at the Susan Mains Gallery in Grand Anse, St George or contact him at jkhenry1991@gmail.com.
